No. CareCompanion provides strictly non-medical assistance and does not offer medical treatment, nursing care, medical advice, or emergency services.

Our services are suitable for elderly individuals, patients, busy professionals, families, and anyone who needs a trusted companion.
What areas do you cover?
CareCompanion primarily operates in Colombo and surrounding areas in Sri Lanka. Services outside this area may be arranged upon request.
How do I book a service?
You can contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or the website inquiry form. A booking is confirmed once payment is received.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.
How are payments handled?
Payment is collected at the time of confirming the booking. Any additional hours or extra services will be charged after completing the job.
